Advance Planning Calendar
Dance/USA Philadelphia Advance Planning Calendar is meant to be used as a tool to avoid, not all conflicts, but at least the disastrous ones. It will only work if we have broad and consistent participation from presenters and producing artists. List tentative dates as well as firm bookings. The information is for internal use only. Presenters do not have to identify the artist, you can simply put the genre. The information in this calendar is NOT to be shared with the general public, it is for planning purposes only. The Planning Calendar is a shared Google document. Request access by emailing us or calling 215-922-5970.
