Philadelphia Dance Showcase
As an alternative to expensive booking conferences, Dance/USA Philadelphia is hosting a Philadelphia Dance Showcase for presenters across USA and beyond, April 12-13, 2010 at the Jeanne Ruddy Dance Performance Garage. All Philadelphia dance artists on the PennPAT roster are invited to participate; four additional non-PennPAT slots are filled by lottery. This year there will be nineteen Philadelphia dance companies representing a variety of dance genres, including Hip Hop, African, and Flamenco. Each company will perform an excerpt of its tour-ready repertoire. Presenters can enjoy luxurious accommodations at the Four Seasons Hotel or the Latham Hotel. Registration fee is $40, payable to Dance/USA Philadelphia. Includes lunch on Monday, April 12, and a complimentary drink at the evening reception. Register for the showcase by clicking here. For assistance with your travel arrangements, or for travel funding ideas, please contact us at 215-922-5970 or admin@danceusaphiladelphia.org.

Advance Planning Calendar
Dance/USA Philadelphia Advance Planning Calendar is meant to be used as a tool to avoid, not all conflicts, but at least the disastrous ones. It will only work if we have broad and consistent participation from presenters and producing artists. List tentative dates as well as firm bookings. The information is for internal use only. Presenters do not have to identify the artist, you can simply put the genre. The information in this calendar is NOT to be shared with the general public, it is for planning purposes only. The Planning Calendar is a shared Google document. Request access by emailing us or calling 215-922-5970.
